Lauren is at a really sweet age right now. She just turned 8. She loved her birthday and everything about it. So much that she cried at bedtime when it was over. And talks about her 9th birthday all the time. Stop growing up so fast!! She has become an excellent reader and enjoys reading to her brother. She loves drawing and doing crafts. She is a pretty good artist. She is a quiet, confident, happy child. She is helpful and responsible. She listens and follows directions most of the time. She sounds pretty perfect right! She is pretty perfect but we do call her our hoarder. She has trouble getting rid of things. She also tends to pick on Luke sometimes. And she can still get a little sassy mouth. But all around I love being this little girl's mama!!
