Lauren

My sassy sweet little thing.  Lauren is growing up so fast.  She loves first grade and is learning so much.  She went from reading at a level C at the beginning of first grade to reading at a level I now which is where she needs to be when she goes into 2nd grade.  Her favorite thing to do is play barbies and babies with friends.  She is usually pretty good about helping me do jobs around the house like picking up the laundry room and cleaning the floors and bathrooms.  She has a very messy room but usually does a decent job cleaning it up a couple times a week.  She loves fashion and picking out her own clothes.  She's definitely a fancy girl.

Luke

Luke is 3 and a half and full of energy and love.  He is always happy and sometimes a little naughty. We love his personality.  He makes us laugh a lot.  We call him our cuddle bug and he loves to fill up our cuddle tank and is oh so sad in the morning when his cuddle tank is empty.  Craig is usually the first one to cuddle in and fill up his tank.  We call him the bad word police because he is the first one to notice when you say a bad word and calls you out for it....anything from "hate" to "stupid".....to the really bad one "F--- it"  He called me out on that one several weeks ago.  I didn't think he heard me but I guess the wine makes me a little louder than usually so he runs over and says "mommy F--- it"  is a bad word"  I feel ashamed that a mother would use that kind of language and teach her son bad things but also proud because he got his "F" sound!
