Luke's field trip

 Luke's 1st grade class went to a seed/plant museum near Champaign.  It was a chilly day but we had a good time.  The botanicals were beautiful.

Party Prep

 This was the year Lauren got to have a big friend party for her 10th birthday.  She wanted a puppy party at the house with peanut as the main theme!  I was so excited to plan and throw this party.  I was full of great ideas.  For starters we would do pin the nose on peanut so I ordered this giant poster of peanut!  And then of course the birthday girl needed appropriate attire!  So I had a happy birthday Lauren T-shirt made with Peanut on it.

October Camping

 Luke the shark.  He lasted about 10 minutes in his costume.

 Luke was all about going into the woods to get sticks for the fire.  The weather was ok the first night but rained bad the next day.

Luke still loves basketball!  This was Luke's first time doing upward.  We went Thursday nights.  It was long but great!  Practice the first 30 min, then devotional time, then game time. He loved it and really improved his skill.

 Went to the grocery store and when they put their heads in here I could barely tell them apart.  Luke on top Lauren on bottom..... I think.

Making applesauce at school or yearly tradition.  It reminds me of grandma.  About 5 years ago she taught me how to make apple sauce. 

 Then went home and did it again with the neighborhood kids.

 Avery and Lauren are in the same class this year and are pretty good buds!
