Lauren's birthday

My baby girl is 7!!  We had a small family dinner and invited one of Lauren's friends.

Uncle Mike loves it when you touch him.
 New pink boots!

Thanks for coming to my party Aunt Faith and Uncle Larry.

READY

The kids are ready for Christmas too.  I usually give them their Christmas Jammie the first day of December.  They loved them and wear them all the time.

painting fun

My staff had a painting evening and I wasn't going to go because of the busyness of life but I am so glad I did.  I forgot how much I love to paint.  It was relaxing and I love how my snowman turned out.  He will always have a special spot to hang at Christmas time.

baby Case

Thanksgiving weekend Brooke and her family were in town so they came over for an evening.  We had a great time catching up and the kids loved playing with baby Case.

It's being to look a lot like Christmas

Look at those beautiful built-ins!  I am so thankful for my uncle Larry who was able to do these for us.  He worked so hard and they were exactly what I wanted.  I feel like the house is complete!  Just in time to decorate for Christmas. I decided to put the tree in the dinning room so that it wouldn't take away from the built-ins.  I was so excited to get out my table cloth that my mom made me for our wedding.  So far it's been a great Christmas season in the new house.  Feels like home!

Sleeping

This is my favorite time.....when they are sleeping.  No one arguing, whining, demanding, or crying.  Sometimes I let them sleep together in the toy room.  This is one of those times.  They watch movies on the weekend and have a slumber party.

Trick or Treating

It was a very cold Halloween so we did most of our trick or treating in the Van.  The kids got lots of candy and had a very good time this year.

Trunk or Treat

Every year we go to Trunk or Treat at Calvary and this year our church did trunk or treat so Ava and Dean joined us.

The Ice Queen

And we all know how much Lauren loves the movie Frozen so of course she would be Elsa.  She is showing us her ice queen moves.  Pretty impressive!

Spiderman

Luke loves Spiderman so it was easy to decide what he would be for Halloween.  Check out his moves!!

Carving our pumpkin

This year Lauren got really into it.  She had so much fun helping and wasn't that grossed out.  Luke refused to help because he was grossed out.  Maybe next year :)  I let them pick the face they wanted.  They were very proud of their pumpkins.

Boo at the zoo

I know it's almost Christmas and I am just now posting Halloween stuff but better late than never!
We went to Boo at the zoo with our neighbor girls.  It was a nice day and the kids had a ball.
