Jay's football game

Out of all the sports to watch.....football is probably my favorite so when I heard Jay was playing football I was very excited. He loves it. It is kind of funny though because growing up I was much more of a sports fan and I have always followed the game of football.....my sister however not so much. So I thought it was cute sitting next to her at the game and she was following the game quite well and knew words like fumble, incomplete pass, offense and defense. She knew all the other players and could tell me who was making what play......sister you make me so proud. And Jay Jay you too!!
Nick just played and listened to his Ipod.....he enjoyed being outside hanging with his Mimi

Lauren was quite the little cheerleader. I am sure Jay just loved his cousin and his aunt screaming and carrying on....GO JAY!!!

pumpkin patch

We went to the pumpkin patch today. It was hot but very fun. We met Annie and Steve and their boys, Katie and Jay and their boys, Natalie, Bridget and Ryan. We had to leave because oh guess what Lauren pooped her pants!!!

The pumpkin patch is only a few minutes from our house and they have soooo much fun stuff for kids. Lauren had a ball.

Lauren loves Holden. It is so cute to watch them walk around holding hands. The best part is we walk just far enough behind them them so we can hear them but they don't know we are there. They had a whole conversation about what the chicken says.

October fun

It is near impossible to get a good picture of Lauren. She either doesn't look at the camera or when she does she makes a silly face....oh the joys of 3.

She actually touched this lama and fed him. I was shocked. She is usually so scared of everything.

She is growing so fast. She amazes me everyday. She is so bright and doesn't miss anything. Just think next year at this time our family will be complete. I can't wait to watch her and her brother grow up together.

Lauren and Daddy

Lauren is a huge daddy's girl. We went to the pumpkin patch today and they had a ball jumping and horse riding and chasing chickens. She has daddy wrapped around her little finger.

On another note for those who don't know we are expecting our second child and we are 90% sure it is a boy. We are pretty excited. Lauren's reaction was "NO brother I want a sister". She is warming to the idea now. We are starting to hit the terrible 3's. Everything is drama, drama, drams. She is sweet one minute and a pill the next. The biggest obstacle right now is that she is still pooping her pants...it is about to send me over the edge. We have tried everything. She is still a little peanut. She wears 18 month clothing. She is a chatty little thing always talking about anything and everything. Her big thing to say right now is "because I said so". Or "are you happy mommy".....I usually have to say "no Im not happy you just pooped your pants!!!" Or she likes to say "Tell me about your day" or "It's my turn to talk". She loves babies and is so gentle and good at taking care of them. I think she will be a great big sister.
