Lauren's Easter dress

We had our third Easter egg hunt a week ago with our neighbors. We had a hard time setting a date so we did it after Easter which worked out great. We all had a blast. The kids are so good with Lauren. We are so lucky to have such wonderful neighbors.

It has been a long time since I have blogged. But I have been very sick and busy. I had a horrible cold then strep throat then a bladder infection. I am feeling back to normal now and thought I would share me Easter pictures. We went to church and then Craig's parents, his sister, and his sister's friend came to dinner. It was a very nice and relaxing day. Lauren thought so too. She slept through most of Easter so this is the only picture I have of her in her dress. Thats ok I always can dress her up again and take more pictures.

Easter Egg Hunt

We went on an Easter Egg Hunt today!! Lauren had lots of fun. She did pretty good. She really liked to try to open the eggs up so all the candy would fall out. And she really liked the candy. She had chocolate all over her bunny sweater.

dress up

As most of you know I have two adorable nephews that I spend a great deal of time with. I have been so used to trucks, cars, dirt, and farting that it is nice to have a change of pace. Lauren is defininately a girly girl. We love playing dress up, twirling in tutu's, reading princess stories, putting things in our purses and wearing hairbows. These pictures were taken a night that Craig was at class so we were cleaning out the closet, and playing dress up. She loves her tutu. She wore it all night and all the next day. The first video is of her twirling in a circle in her tutu. The second one is of her saying no no to her big hairbow!!

"I love food"

I thought these would make you laugh. Lauren does love to eat. The first one cracks me up...it looks like she's drunk off chocolate!!! The second one cracks me up too look at that big pile of food and she usually eats it all!!! It's funny because we went to the doctor today and she is only in the 15th % for weight and the 9th for height. The last picture is Lauren eating a hot dog after downing 3 oreos!! My little peanut sure can eat!!
