My daughter is perfect in everyway except she is still pooping her pants. It is making me crazy so I thought I would blog about it. I feel like all we do is talk about poop and all the prizes we get if we go poop. She has only received one prize and that was because I gave her a supository and made her sit on the potty until it came out. I used to get so excited when she would come to me and say "Mommy I have to go poopy"....nope she already did in her pants. Then she says to me "I get a prize". I say "no you pooped your pants you do not get a prize". Sometimes I try to catch her in time......she usually gets real quiet and goes somewhere to hide. So we run upstairs and either she holds it in or she already did it in her pants we almost never poop in the potty. One day I got really motivated and we didn't leave the house for 3 days and I didn't let her wear panties....no poop she just held it...after that is when I had to use the supository. Then one night she was farting in the tub so I got her out and put her on the potty for like 10 minutes...nothing. "Mommy I don't have to poop....it was just a part (fart)". Well about 5 minutes later she poops on the couch. I was so upset. Picture this me screaming getting the cushion, pillow, and rugs in to the Laundy room, Craig carrying Lauren up to the bathroom poop dripping everywhere. The rest of the night Craig and I just giggled about the whole situation....it's a good thing we have a good sense of humor. FYI for anyone coming over the cushion cover came off and we were able to put it and the pillow and the rugs all in the washer. The best part is when we are going poop. We get our own cheerleader...you can do it mommy, push, push, You did it, you get a prize. Thank you Lauren, thank you so much....everyone loves having a cheering squad when they are doing number 2. Will my child ever learn to poop on the potty??? I feel like I am going to be sending her to college still shitting her pants!!!

Hilarious, Kim - Hang in there - Nick was no "cookie" either.
Crack my CRAP up Kim! I'll be there before you know it and I'm pretty sure Lauren will have the pooping mastered by then. :)
Spit pop out of my mouth laughing when I saw the title of your new post! Hilarious!! I thought maybe Lauren learned a bad word..nope, it literally was about shit! I have so been there with Holden and for awhile thought I would be following him to kindergarten to wipe his butt. One day he just got it. She will, too, but it is sooo frustrating in the meantime. A good sense of humor does help!
