Remember when you did this....

 During our Easter egg hunt I kept saying to Lauren that it seemed like just yesterday that we were doing this with her at Luke's age.  So I had to look back at the old photos. 

Our first Easter egg hunt of 2012

Saturday March 31 out at the Corn Crib.  Before we left I had to get some pictures of the kids in the yard.  This is Lauren's Easter dress.  It was too cold for Luke to wear his Easter outfit so hopefully it will be warm enough on Easter.

 Luke is constantly on the move so this was super fun for him today.  He went right for the eggs but just wanted to pick them up and drop them again.  He didn't quite get that he had to put them in the basket. 

 Lauren was totally into it this year.  She went right for them and got so many.

Searching for the perfect dress

 My friend Brooke will be getting married sometime in the next year so we have been searching for the perfect dress......and it has been hard.  She has found "the" dress but it is not posted on this blog.  I will post it someday soon.  She is having a beach wedding hopfully in Octorber.  I am so looking forward to it.

 She wanted something with a little bling......I don't think this is what she had in mind.  But we got a good laugh from this dress.

 This one was our favortie one from David's.

 These will be what our bridesmaid dresses look like.  They will be dark purple.

Sisterly Love

 Lauren has been a good big sister since day one.  I used to be worried that once he got mobile he would bother her and she would start to be mean to him.  I'm not saying she doesn't push him every now and then, but she is still a really good big sister.  She's loving and kind.  She likes having him around.  The other day she caught him before he fell down the stairs.  She's always the first one to get him what he needs and she hugs and kisses him several times a day.  Luke loves Lauren too.  He giggles so much when she plays with him and loves to give her kisses.
